Dr. Olivia Jeon – Compassionate, Experienced Dentist in Prince George
Dr. Olivia Jeon, originally from South Korea, developed a passion for dentistry in Ontario, which led her to pursue advanced education at the University of Melbourne. After practicing in Lillooet, BC, she moved to Prince George, where she is known for her compassionate care and use of modern dental technologies. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jeon enjoys Pilates and CrossFit and focuses on building strong patient relationships to ensure comfort and trust.

As an optimistic and open-minded individual, I take joy in finding the best in everyone and everything. Originally from Southern Alberta, I’ve pursued my Dental Assisting career while exploring the scenic landscapes of British Columbia. I love discovering new places, re-watching favorite movies, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the beauty of nature.
Gurleen K
Certified Dental Assistant
Gurleen, a CNC Certified Dental Assistant, joined True North Dental in December 2023. Born in Quesnel and raised in Prince George, she enjoys making patients feel comfortable. Outside of work, she loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends. She also has a Green Cheeked Conure named Ozzy!
Megan Friesen
Certified Dental Assistant / Office Manager
Megan, from Dawson Creek, joined True North in 2019 after completing the dental assistant program at CNC. She works in both assisting and admin. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, paddle boarding, and running with her dog, Beckett.
Jane Gandy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jane, born and raised in Prince George, earned her Dental Hygiene Diploma at CNC. After living in other BC communities, she returned home and has worked at True North Dental for many years. Committed to patient-centered care, Jane creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Kiana Kovacevic
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kiana, a Prince George native, became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2022 after starting as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2015. She loves the outdoors, sharing it with her spouse and dogs, Whiskey and Maisey. Kiana is dedicated to creating healthy smiles and ensuring her patients feel comfortable and confident.
April Oosterhoff
Registered Dental Hygienist
April, a Prince George native, joined True North Dental in 2019 after graduating with honors from CNC’s Dental Hygiene program and receiving the CDHBC award. She prioritizes patient comfort and safety. Outside of work, April enjoys pottery, paddle boarding, hiking, and thrift shopping with her husband Michael, their senior dog, and two cats.
Channing Schryer
Dental Receptionist
Channing, one of our dedicated dental receptionists, joined the True North team in 2024 after years of experience in specialty offices around Prince George. She balances her career with being a loving wife and mother, enjoying activities like camping, cooking, gardening, and canning.
Mica Caceres
Dental Receptionist
Mica, who adores the color pink, sees life through rose-tinted glasses. When not enjoying motherhood with her young son, she loves camping and spending time outdoors. Family and friends are at the heart of her life, and she believes laughter is the best medicine, balancing fun and professionalism in all she does.
Pammy Pawar
Registered Dental Hygienist
Pammy Pawar, a dental hygienist in Prince George since 2001, joined True North Family Dental in 2002 and teaches part-time at CNC. Known for her compassionate care, she connects well with diverse patients, speaking both English and Punjabi. Outside of work, Pammy enjoys reading, running, and time with her husband and three teens.
